Please read these Terms carefully before using the website or placing an order. By accessing the website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies referred to within them.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict or exclude any legal rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
1. About Us
This website is operated by Velixir Parfums UK. Throughout these Terms, “Velixir Parfums UK”, “Velixir”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this website.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which our products are offered and sold.
You can contact our customer care team using the details provided at the end of these Terms.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, together with our:
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.
3. Eligibility to Use the Website
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order through the website.
If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you may only use the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You must not use our products, website or Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose.
4. Products and Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, fragrance notes, sizes, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
Images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours, packaging, labelling and presentation may appear slightly different depending on your device or because of legitimate product or packaging updates.
Fragrance perception, development, projection and longevity vary between individuals and may be affected by skin chemistry, application, environment and storage. Descriptive fragrance information does not constitute a guarantee that every customer will experience a fragrance identically.
Products may be available only in limited quantities and may be withdrawn, replaced or updated without prior notice.
5. Prices
Product prices are displayed on the website in the selected currency. Where applicable, prices include VAT or other taxes required to be included at the point of sale.
Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before you complete your order.
Prices may change without notice. A price change will not normally affect an order for which we have already issued an order confirmation, except where there is an obvious pricing error.
For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply unless we expressly state that these charges are included.
6. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and relevant third-party payment providers. We do not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card details.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the billing information submitted is accurate.
If payment is declined, reversed, disputed or identified as potentially fraudulent, we may suspend or cancel the order while the matter is investigated.
7. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket subject to these Terms.
After placing an order, you should receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. An acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A binding contract is formed when we confirm that the order has been accepted or when the products are dispatched, depending on the wording of the confirmation sent to you.
Please check your order confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if any information appears incorrect.
8. Order Acceptance and Refusal
We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be authorised.
- The order is identified as potentially fraudulent or unlawful.
- An incorrect price or material product-description error has occurred.
- Delivery restrictions prevent us from fulfilling the order.
- The quantity ordered exceeds reasonable personal-use or available stock limits.
- The customer has materially breached these Terms.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
9. Order Amendments and Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. We cannot guarantee that an order can be amended or cancelled before dispatch.
If you contact us before dispatch, we will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes remain subject to processing status and availability.
If an order has already been dispatched, you may exercise any applicable cancellation or return rights after receiving it in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.
10. Delivery
Delivery destinations, available services, estimated times and charges are described during checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delays may occur because of courier disruption, customs procedures, adverse weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or failure to collect it, additional delivery or return charges may apply where legally permitted.
11. International Orders
International customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from us can lawfully be imported into their destination country.
Customs duties, import VAT, handling fees and local charges may be payable unless the relevant delivery option expressly states that such charges are included.
Customs authorities may open and inspect parcels and may require information from the recipient. We cannot control customs-clearance procedures or guarantee clearance times.
12. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Your rights to cancel an online order and return eligible products are described in our Returns and Refund Policy.
For eligible online purchases, UK consumers generally have the right to notify us of cancellation within 14 days of receiving an order and then return the eligible products within a further 14 days.
Some products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where a statutory exception applies, including certain sealed products after their seal has been broken.
Nothing in our Returns and Refund Policy limits your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
13. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery and contact us if a product is faulty, damaged, missing, incorrect or not as described.
We may request photographs, video evidence or other information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.
Where a product does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
14. Customer Accounts
You may be able to create or use a customer account through the website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.
You must provide accurate and current information and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, such as natural disaster, severe weather, industrial action, transport disruption, customs delay, interruption of utilities or communications, government action, epidemic, war or civil disturbance.
Where such an event materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate with you where appropriate.

25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed only to the minimum extent required. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
26. No Waiver
If we delay or fail to enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

These Terms and the policies incorporated into them constitute the agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services and purchases made through the website.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud or prevents you from relying on rights provided by law.
