We do not supply sellers on eBay or other third-party marketplaces. The only exception is a limited number of approved TikTok Shop retailers who are supplied directly by us.

We strongly advise customers to exercise caution when purchasing Velixir products from unauthorised sources. Products offered outside our authorised retail network cannot be verified by Velixir, and we cannot guarantee their authenticity.

If a seller claims to be an authorised Velixir retailer, we recommend verifying this with us before making a purchase.

A significantly reduced price, unfamiliar seller or marketplace listing should be treated with caution. Purchasing outside our authorised network may expose you to products that have not passed through Velixir’s approved distribution channels.
